Return & Refund Policy

All frozen tempeh sales are final to protect food safety. However, your satisfaction matters. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

📌 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
📷 Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the packaging/product

We’ll gladly review and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Please note: We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order leaves our facility. If your tempeh arrives thawed due to a shipping error, we’ll evaluate your case individually.
